ACCESSING THE CONFERENCE APP

Get the app*

  • Go to the app store. Access the App Store on iOS devices and the Play Store on Android.
    If you are using a laptop or desktop, simply go to https://crowd.cc/pedsderm22 then follow step #5.

    Event Password: pedsderm22
  • Install the app. Once you have found the NYU Langone CME app, tap either Download or Install. After installing, a new icon will appear on the home screen.

* For easier app access, please use the automated email that was sent to the email address you used to register for the CME course.

Find our Conference

  • Search for Activity. Once app is downloaded, open the NYU Langone CME app and enter pedsderm22
  • Open your event. Tap the name of the event to open it and tap download.
  • Click ‘Login’. Enter your name and email address (that you registered with) to login and verify your identity. A verification code will be sent to your email.
  • Push notifications. Allow push notifications to receive conference updates and reminders.
  • View/download presentations. Within the agenda icon, tap a specific talk title, scroll to the bottom, and you will find the presentation under Documents (Note: if you do not find the presentation there, this means it hasn’t been submitted). You can download these right to your phone, or to your computer via the URL and event password listed above.
  • Visit virtual exhibitors! Within the Exhibitor Info icon, tap a company name, and explore. 

  • App expiration. The conference app content will be available until June 15, 2022.

CREDIT INSTRUCTIONS

CME and Participation Credit

After the course, please follow the below instructions in order to claim credit and print out your certificate.

  1. Go to https://www.highmarksce.com/nyumc
    1. For all NYU Langone faculty and staff, please login using your current NYU credentials via the ‘NYU Langone Health Login’ on the left
    2. For all others, please login using the credentials you used when you registered via the ‘Non-NYU Langone Health Login’ on the right*
  2. Click ‘My Credits’ tab on the left.
  3. Select the activity – Pediatric Dermatology & Allergy Update – from the drop-down and click ‘Select’
  4. Select ‘Attest’ for the session(s) that you attended and ‘Submit.’
    1. Please note: If you wish to claim ABIM MOC credits as well as CME credits, you MUST choose the following session: ABIM MOC Credit Claimers – Pediatric Dermatology & Allergy Update
    2. Please be sure to carefully read the instructions below regarding the ABIM MOC Part II Credit
  5. Select the appropriate number of hours commensurate with your attendance for each session, certify, and submit.
  6. Click ‘Complete Evaluation’, complete, and submit.
  7. Click ‘Print Certificate’ and select your appropriate credit type
    1. Note: You will not be able to print your certificate without completing the evaluation
  8. You may access this certificate in the future via ‘My Credits’ tab

American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) MOC Part II Credit

In order to qualify for ABIM MOC Part II credits, you must complete the following steps by June 13, 2022

  1. Go to https://www.highmarksce.com/nyumc and sign in
  2. You must ensure that your claiming type (in Edit Profile) shows Physician – MD, DO or International Equivalent and click on “Edit Board Info” and complete and SAVE the board info for your organization(s)
  3. Follow steps 3-6 above
  4. Complete the Post-test; you must receive a passing grade of 70% to proceed. If you do not, you may take the test multiple times. In order to review the answer explanations, please click the link in the yellow box to the “Post-test Summary” and click on “View Details” for the first question. Once you receive a passing grade, you will be able to receive ABIM MOC Part II credits. You are required to complete the evaluation before you can print your AMA certificate.

Your ABIM MOC Part II credits will be reflected in your ABIM profile by June 20, 2022

  1. If you fail to complete any of these steps in this timeframe, you will not be eligible for ABIM MOC Part II credits for this course.

*If you did not register online and have never logged into our website before, go to the ‘Non-NYU Langone Health Login’ section on the right and click the ‘Forgot your Username or Password’ link located below the login

  1. Complete the fields, using the same email address that was used on your registration form
  2. You will receive an email providing you with your username and a password
